Kobe House Bed & Breakfast - Jambiani (Zanzibar)

I spent a week in a room with beautiful garden views. I seemed like part of the family, enjoying the quiet on the beach while dipping in the pool. The peaceful atmosphere helped me relax and recharge. Dining options were decent enough, with breakfast providing options that kept me satisfied. My European perspective really appreciated the local warmth and hospitality.

We where there for 4 nights, overall had a very VERY GOOD stay. Overall the service was very good. The pool was lovely.

The location was excellent - ease of access to Priory Ruins. What's more, it was near Zanzibar where the experience with catch of the day, including calamari and squids was much better and a wonderfully quiet beach;)))

Some people working there were very unhelpful.

staying just a short walk away from both Kuza Cave and Bahari View Lodge made my weekend in Zanzibar lovely, and I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant beach atmosphere and friendly staff who went out of their way to help with everything from arranging snorkeling to serving delicious meals by the pool.

Ask the staff for local recommendations to enhance your experience, as they are knowledgeable and eager to help you discover nearby attractions.

Can recommend for a short weekend trip

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, perfect beach access, and lovely breakfasts with fresh local fruits made my stay enjoyable and relaxing during my trip, not to mention the convenient location that allowed easy transfers from the airport.

Our stay was enhanced by the freshness of the delicious breakfast and the accommodating staff, who even prepared a surprise for my birthday, making it a nice experience.

Just a nice choice for a mini-vacation in Jambiani with good value. I enjoyed the delicious fresh fruit platter every morning, especially the mangoes. Pre-order meals to avoid waiting times.

With a tropical garden, clean pools, and a perfect beach spot, I felt pampered . My kids loved seeing the turtles!

Staying at this beautiful spot with five teenagers was a hit! We enjoyed snorkeling and the kids loved exploring the nearby caves. The spacious rooms and refreshing pool made it easy to unwind after a day at the beach, and the staff was genuinely warm.

The beach access was fantastic, awesome for swims right out front whenever desired. The friendly staff were amazing, offering help. Dining options were enjoyable, including a standout fish and chips that I highly recommend. The room could use better soundproofing, as I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms. A bit more variety in the breakfast offerings would be nice to cater to diverse tastes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds that were well-maintained but still had a charming, natural feel. The beach was perfect, and I loved taking long walks when the tide was out. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Suzanne at the reception. The room had a comfortable bed and still had that authentic Zanzibari character. The breakfasts were delicious and included a variety of fresh fruits every day.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever.
